Of Becoming is a faith based ministry leader coaching service, blog and soon to be podcast offered by founder Kristen Hew. Our coaching seeks to journey alongside individuals within the ministry context as religious, clergy or laymen leadership.

Rooted in St. John Paul II’s Theology of the Body, Of Becoming coaching walks alongside leaders to integrate practical organizational frameworks with relational ministry. By establishing efficient workflows, clear communication, and healthy boundaries, we cultivate space for creative openness and authentic relationships that ultimately honor the personhood of everyone involved.
