About

What is Of Becoming?

Of Becoming is a faith based Catholic Leader Coaching service, blog and soon to be podcast offered by founder Kristen Hew. Our coach seeks to journey alongside Catholic leaders that directly impact evangelization.

Mission

Partnering with Catholic leaders to uncover together how we can get from where they are to where they desire to be professionally and where they discern God is calling them to be.

Vision

A Church set on fire for Jesus; where every person is seen, known, and loved, standing in their divine dignity and confidently leading others to Christ.

Connect with Kristen

Give yourself the gift of walking with someone who understands the work you are in. Someone who will listen to you, see you, and desire to support you in becoming more of who you were always meant to be.

As Catholic leaders, we more than anyone need to be able to see the person in the ministry or organization. Both the giver and the receiver, the leader and layman need to be approached with the love of Christ for every life involved to flourish.
