  • Duration: 1 year of one-on-one intentional coaching. (Virtual or In-Person)
  • Months 1–6 (The Deep Work): Bi-weekly 60-minute sessions to build frameworks and establish clarity.
    • 3-Month Mark: A formal touchpoint reassessment to gauge progress.
    • 6-Month Mark: A comprehensive retrospective to evaluate growth.
  • Months 7–12 (The Sustainability Phase): Transition to monthly 60-minute sessions to anchor your new habits and maintain long-term alignment.
