How it works

  1. Connect with Kristen on a Vision Integration Call where we identify your unique desires for personal and professional growth, areas of identity and ministry in need of whole person reintegration, and if Kristen is the best fit to serve you in these areas.
  2. Begin mapping out the way forward and create a plan of action that will be the launching pad for your personal and professional transformation.
  3. Create clear touch points for our sessions that will uphold individual accountability, leave space for grace, reframing challenges for approaches based in person curiosity and willingness to learn, and support ongoing growth.
  4. Commit to journeying together, engaging each day intentionally, learning from your stumbles and celebrating achievements as you break through previous barriers and bring about transformation.

The Format

  • 1 year of one-on-one intentional coaching. (Virtual or In-Person)
  • Bi-weekly meetings for 6 months
  • Touch point reassessment at 3 months.
  • Retrospective at 6 months and assessment for transition to monthly meetings for remaining 6 months.
  • 60 – minutes per session

The Cost

Kristen offers a set fee per session based on the current capacity of the individual seeking coaching.
